Refunds

We do not offer refunds for monthly payments unless your order has been cancelled before the payment is deducted from your card.
Canceling
Zebiven allows you to cancel your order/ membership at any time by contacting us and asking for a cancelation. After you cancel it, you will be able to keep generating policies until your trial period or membership ends.
